平日お昼過ぎに訪問。先客7名で後客5名。駐車場は店前に15台程度停められるので余裕があります。席はやや手狭です。
◼️ 濃厚塩そば（全部のせ） 1330円
◼️ 味玉子 120円（RWクーポン）
台湾まぜそばの口コミが気にはなっているものの、初訪なのと辛いの（好きだけど）得意じゃ無いのとで、珍しく左上の法則で濃厚塩そばをチョイス。
マー油のかかった鶏白湯。全部のせ（プラス卵）の存在感。
マー油を避けてスープを一口、すでにニンニクの香ばしさがありました。濃厚で美味しい。
混ぜるとさらにニンニク感も増し、旨い。
中細の麺はスープとの絡みも良くて美味しい。
トッピングは味玉（1＋1）、板のり5枚、ネギ、メンマ、そして珍しいブロッコリーとパプリカ。このブロッコリーとパプリカは濃厚スープの休憩にちょうどいい。
そして大量のチャーシュー。
鶏1、バラ2、低温3。いずれもしっかりサイズです。
どれも柔らかで美味しい。
味玉は丁度いい半熟、味付けも絶妙です。
見た目以上にヘビーな一杯でした。
でも美味しかったので完食です。
