最近は頻繁にこちらに出向くようになり、自称お得意様になったのではないだろうか。
行く度に前回美味しかったものを軸に新しいメニューを注文していくのだがどれも旨い。
軸はスペインのお酒とそれに合わせた料理を中心にしているのだが、
パエリアから肉料理、ピザなども具沢山でスペイン料理に限る事ない幅広い旨さとメニュー構成は何度来ても飽きることが無い。
またいつ行ってもスタッフさんの雰囲気が良く、人数やお酒に合わせ、料理の量や数などカスタマイズしてくれるのも嬉しい。
最近では店内の賑わいやスタッフさんの忙しさ、食器のぶつかる音までも料理や酒の旨さを一層引き立ててくれる美味しい調味料だ。
夜の営業時間は入口の扉から中に入った途端、首都圏の人気バルの雰囲気が出るようになったこちらのカサレスさんは地域には無くてはならない盤石なお店として評価も急上昇中のお勧め店。平日でも予約の電話を入れてからの来店をお勧めする。

本日はゴルフ仲間とのワイン会でこちらを利用。
メインはワインなので食事は常連さんにお任せ。
シャンパンの抜栓からいただくキッシュはホクホクポテトとチーズが凄く美味しい！
パエリアはこちらの人気商品らしいが本日はそこまで食べられないので次回へ期待
サラダやチーズ盛り合わせ、魚介のカルパッチョなどをいただきます。変わり種アヒージョも旨い。
中でもビーフステーキにソースのバルサミコがよくワインに合いますね、これはお勧め。
特筆ですが本日は我々ワインが好きすぎて有料ですがワインの持ち寄りを許していただいています
それに合わせてこちらの食事をいただいていますがこんなお店がなかなか無くて困っていましたがこちらの店主の寛大さに感謝します。
そして今回のゴルフ仲間のソムリエさんが常連さんであるおかげ。
気持ちよくいつまでもにぎやかな店内はワインを更に美味しくしてくれます。
これから自分も常連を目指すべくまた利用します。
