遅めのランチはスシローで頂きました。
噂には聞いていた東京の中野坂上の“むかん“が監修した “牡蠣塩ラーメン“。
“むかん“は完全予約制で私には気軽に食べられるラーメンでは無いけど、監修なんで むかん の片鱗だけでも味わえるかと…！！
なので今日はラーメンが目的です。
まずビジュアルは“むかん“のラーメンを彷彿とさせる。
麺は全粒粉かな？意外とモッチリした旨味のある中太ストレート。
レアチャーシューに乗ってる 牡蠣のアヒージョ を溶かしながら食べるとの事です。
牡蠣の旨みが効いたコク深いスープは、牡蠣のエグ味が一切なく非常に美味い。
また来週リピしちゃおうっと。
