海帰りに寄り道、龍ヶ崎って茨城だっけか？
蛤ラーメン醤油¥1080
菅野製麺の細ストレート麺に、蛤の貝田出汁が効いた醤油スープ。
スープは美味いが、ちょっと味濃すぎだな
ライスが有れば、ちょうどいい感じかも。
量は細麺のせいもあるけれど、ちょっと物足りない。
具は、焼豚2種類と、メンマ、白髪ネギ、中ぐらいの蛤２つ
麺もスープも平均点は超えてるけど、ボリュームの少なさが足引っ張ってて、印象が低くなってしまう。
それと100名店に狙うなら、インパクトか足りないかな？
本体¥900で、大盛¥100の計¥1000なら、まだマシだけどね
