仕事で頻繁に龍ケ崎市の隣、利根町や周辺を車で
通過していたので以前から壱心さんは知っていて
いつも寄りたいなぁと思うものの12:00に
行ったのでは車を駐車場に停める事すら出来ず
違うタイミングを図ってまして今回、やっと
そのチャンスに恵まれ、14時少し前に店の前を
通ると駐車場に停められそうだったので急きょ
Uターンして来訪
念願の壱心さんで気になってたメニューの
何が特製なのか知らないまま【特製煮干そば】を
券売機で購入して、しばしワクワク、ドキドキしつつ
待つ事…大して長くは待たずに配膳され綺麗な器、
皿に乗ったラーメンどんぶりも好感度アップ。
店内の床もベタつく事なく店としての基本も
気持ちいいですね。
透き通っているスープに中〜細めのストレート麺と
スープの絡み方も意外にグーで食べやすく
味わい易いバランスの良さが秀逸でした。
チャーシューは美味いが好き嫌いの分かれる
可能性もあるかなぁ
トッピングの味玉もネットリ感と適度な塩分で
ラーメンを引き立てます。
今回の初来訪を機に他のメニューも試したくなる
あと引くお店に脱帽でした。
次は【特製蛤そば】の醤油か塩か❓
今から迷いつつ次を楽しみに出来るお店でした。
