平日昼閉店前に訪問。お店の前に駐車場が数台分。時間帯も良かったのかすんなり入れました。

お出かけの帰りに龍ヶ崎を通過するため、以前より気になっていたこちらへ。電気工事の交通規制で昼の部終わりに間に合わないかとヒヤヒヤしました。
滅多にやらない左上の法則。蛤そばです。
透明で綺麗なスープから芳醇な貝の香り。
あっさり目かと思いきや、結構しっかり蛤の味。
ネギとスープだけでも美味しい。
麺は菅野製麺所の細麺。濃いめのスープと相性抜群です。
トッピングは特製にしたのでチャーシューがバラ2枚にロースト2枚、味玉、蛤3個、メンマ、カイワレ、白髪ネギと贅沢です。最初は麺見えませんでした。
チャーシューに添えられたトリュフは半分はチャーシューと共に、残りはスープに溶かして。味に変化もつけられてサラッと完食完飲でした。
