北海道肉ネギ味噌ラーメン ¥940.
餃子 ¥340.
味噌ラーメンは、白髪ネギがたっぷり山盛りで満足感あり。味噌スープは、ガッツリコクのある味噌というよりは、上品な感じの味噌スープ。でも、旨味は控えめで、物足りなさを感じました。
麺は多加水の多少プリッとした感じ。美味しかったです。
スープの旨味がもう少しあれば、かなりの高得点。
餃子は、豚ひき肉がベースで普通に美味しい。
それよりも、添えられた味噌ダレが何とも言えず、旨味もあるし、ちょっとお酢が効いた感じが初体験で美味しかったです。
