【来店動機】中華チェーン「珍来」を訪れたくて訪問。
ワケあって日帰りで実家に帰省、昼ごはんを実家そばの「珍来」さんに伺いました。
小さな頃から各地の「珍来」さんでお世話になっております、私にとっては懐かしい味でありお店の「珍来」さんへの久々の訪問に心躍りました。
▪️醤油チャーシューメン 1,000円
たまご麺
＋餃子＋半チャーハンセット 450円
子供の頃からの「珍来」さんのイメージは全体的に濃いめの味付け、他店ではなかなか見られないジャンボサイズの餃子、中太のもちもち麺の麺類。
ただ着丼したお料理は明らかに普通サイズの餃子、細麺のラーメン、味付けこそ濃いめですが私の知ってるものとは似て非なるもの、まったくの期待ハズレでした。
他の支店を含め「珍来」さんには長らく行けてなかったのですがどこの店もこんな感じなんでしょうか？
ちなみに「珍来」と思わなければお料理は不味いわけではありません。
ただ想像していた内容ではなく、期待値との差分だけガッカリしてしまった、という感じでした。
「珍来」らしさがないなら他の店に行けばいいわけですし…。
今回の評価には私の恣意性が入ってしまっているのでその辺りはご容赦いただき見てもらえればと思います。
