味噌専門店でつくばでは、
一度いただきました。
11時30分到着で店舗前駐車場に停車。

麺は、もちもちの太麺。
ぶ厚いチャーシューは、1枚。
味噌は思ったほどの濃厚感はなく、
わりとタンパクな味で、
途中で、ニンニク、ラー湯、
コショウなどを使って
味変しながらいただきました。
