笠間モンブラン
原材料 栗ペースト(茨城県産)、白あん、乳等を主原料とする食品、クッキートルテ、スポンジシート、栗の甘露煮、バター、グラニュー糖、ゼラチン、寒天、洋酒、鶏卵、乳清たんぱく、食塩／膨張剤、香料、乳化剤(一部に卵・小麦・乳成分・大豆・ ゼラチンを含む)
笠間の栗餅
原材料 栗ペースト、(栗(茨城県産))、乳等を主原料てする食品、白あん、グラニュー糖、もち米粉、白玉粉、加糖練乳、寒天／乳化剤、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、(一部に小麦・乳成分・大豆を含む)
くり餅は大福の上にマロンクリームがトッピングされているモンブラン大福。
笠間モンブランはいわゆるモンブランです。
タルト生地が塩味効いてた。
秋は栗のお菓子が食べたくなりますね
