口コミを見て、妻の誕生日祝いにディナーを食べに行きました。
南仏プロヴァンスコースという肉と魚の２つのメインを両方食べられるコースを注文しました。このコースには、普段少食の妻でもコース全料理を少しずつ楽しめるようにポーション少なめ（4500円）という注文ができるのも魅力でした。
正直、前菜から驚かされました。こんなに豪華でおいしい前菜を初めて食べました。コースの料理、全部とにかく、おいしかったのですが、特に、私と妻が感動したのがメインのイベリコ豚のグリエです。柔らかいイベリコ豚の肉にトリュフと赤ワイン使ったソースが絶妙に絡んで、妻が口に入れた瞬間、思わず美味しいと呟いたのが嬉しかった。
妻の誕生日祝い、と予約の際に告げた為、お店の方がデザートに花火を立ててアレンジしてくれたので、ムードある食後のひとときも過ごせました。
本当に来て良かった！神栖に、こんな料理を出す店があったなんて知らなかった。妻がクリスマスに是非また来たいというので予約しようと思います。
