焼鳥のテイクアウトでは良く来ていますが、
入店は久しぶりです。
又兵衛と言ったらモツでしょ！と言うことで
もつ鍋定食900円をオーダーです。
11時50分先客無しです。
自分で料理する手間が面白いですね。
IH調理器で加熱していきます。
10分程で煮えました。
具はモツと玉ねぎのみ。
甘み少なめの醤油ベースの汁が良いですね。
塩っぱさでご飯が進む。
一杯では足りません、ご飯をお代わりです。
ランチは800円にご飯が200円だそうです。
この値段なら満足です。
