9/15(土)の1730頃にお邪魔しました。
私たちが一番乗りでしたが、その後お客さんがぞろぞろと。
注文はスライストマト、道場ねぎ、タンぶつ、マルチョウ、のどなんこつ(牛)、上ハラミ、肉寿司の赤身、青唐石焼ビビンパ
タンぶつはそのままタンのぶつ切り。
塩ダレで味付けしてあるので、何もつけなくても美味しい。
マルチョウはやや大振り。
卓上の塩ダレで軽く洗って道場ねぎと一緒に…思い出しただけでビールが飲みたくなります。
私たちの中では、ここに来たら道場ねぎはマストです。
細く切られたねぎときゅうりを特製の塩ダレで和えたものなんですが、どのお肉もさっぱり頂ける。
後半になるともう一皿頼もうか悩みます。。
美味しい焼肉を塩で食べたくなったら、ここですね！
