かなり長いこと通っているお店だが
食べログには投稿していなかった
庶民的な蕎麦屋そのものの店内
厨房から響いてくる大将の威勢良くしかし優しい声
おかみさんも一見ぶっきらぼうだが実は親切
そして肝心の蕎麦は早い安いうまい
の三拍子が揃っている
町の蕎麦屋に求める全てがこの店にはある
メニューも蕎麦に限らず
天丼やカレー、サイドディッシュを含め
全てがうまいのだが
私のおすすめはつけ麺である
二八つけ麺にはたっぷりの茄子と長ねぎ
そして旨味を出す鴨肉が入っている
野菜は胡麻油で火入れしてあるので
香ばしく汁にコクも与えている
鶏汁は鶏肉と長ねぎがたっぷりで
これまた抜群にうまい
麺はスタンダードな太さで
程良いざらつきでしっかりとした蕎麦感が味わえる
どれもハイレベルで
その辺の変に気取った蕎麦屋よりよっぽどうまい
そして価格が実にリーズナブル
ずっと通いたい
長く続けて欲しいお店である
