なめかたファーマーズヴィレッジ内にある新鮮野菜と自家製ピザ、パスタのお店を訪問です。
ここまでの道中で、北浦の水量に驚き、広大な稲穂の豊かさに驚き、自然を満喫です。♪(´ε｀ )
この敷地ですが、かつての小学校の敷地を利用していて、校門と校庭が残っています。校門前には桜並木があり、きっと春には綺麗なことなのでしょう。(´▽`)ノ
行方市の体験型農業テーマパークとして生まれ変わり、新鮮な産地野菜をはじめとして、スイーツまで楽しめます。
おみやげも充実してました。ただ、食後の買い物であまりにもお腹を満足させてしまい、おみやげは、また今度ゆっくりみようと(∩´∀`∩)
今回は、その一つのレストランへお邪魔しました。 先ずは一品ピザかパスタをオーダーすると、新鮮やさいとその野菜を使った料理をビュッフェスタイルで楽しめます。
ピザについては、ライブキッチンで一枚一枚注文ごとに焼き上げていくスタイルで熱々で食べられます。
わたしは、半熟卵とベーコンのピザを注文です。

その間に、ビュッフェへ。
この時期ならではの野菜がたくさんでうれしいですね。カボチャのスープ、イチジクのサラダが特に最高に美味しかったヾ(o´∀｀o)ﾉ
茨城県、そして行方市の特産の季節の野菜がたっぷりと味わえました(∩´∀`∩)
ピザは窯焼し、10分程度で提供です。
アツアツで美味しい！！生地がモチモチパリッとし、塩気のきいたベーコンと半熟卵がとろーりは、最強のコンビネーション！おいし過ぎヾ(≧∇≦)
午後の14時過ぎで店内は空いていて、ゆっくり談笑しながらいただきました。また訪問したいですね。
