今日はホルモン食べるぞと…
レバーはなく、友さんかくのユッケと炙り牛刺しを注文、刺しは優しい油で覆われていて優しい味わい！ユッケは太く刻んでおりとても濃い味付け、
次に特上塩タンこれは間違いない！友さんかくとザブトンはザブトンに軍配、赤味が好きです！
残念ながらメニューに、あっても仕入れてないものがあるのはとても残念に思いました。
さぁホルモンを注文、シマチョウ、上ミノ、美味いなー
