On this day, I went to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Kamisu. There are many restaurants in this area as there is a stop for the express bus from Tokyo. Among the 10 Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants, we decided to go to this one, which seemed to have a relatively good reputation. Orders are self-ordering from your smartphone. For now, while drinking beer, I ordered thick-sliced top tongue shio, top short ribs, and skirt steak. The prices seem to be on the higher side overall, and are not much different from eating in Tokyo. The meat seems to be of fairly good quality. The tongue salt and skirt steak were delicious. However, the regular short ribs were mostly fatty, so the restaurant serves a reasonable amount depending on the price. After the beer, I had a glass called the Strongest Lemon Sour, which was filled with lemon, but I drank it all in no time, probably because it didn't hold enough space, and I ended up having to refill it about 5 times, so I ended up drinking it. I don't think it was very good. The Kamimino was delicious, and the galbi soup I ordered at the end was also good. Although I rarely go out to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on my own anymore, it's a great place to go with young people.
