3 minutes walk from Hitachi Station! Takeout also available!!
We also accept reservations for small groups such as birthday plates, dinner parties, and drinking parties. We are the first restaurant in Hitachi to serve al dente boiled pasta, and for over 30 years |
I feel like I remember visiting it a long time ago. Anyway, it's a long-established Italian Cuisine. When you open the door, the bell rings and it has a nostalgic atmosphere. The lunch menu seems to offer pasta, pizza, and Hamburg. Since it's winter, I ordered the hot pasta gratin without hesitation. My wife ordered Japanese-style seafood pasta. Pasta gratin: It was piping hot as expected. The white sauce was boiling! The hot but mellow white sauce mixed with the not-too-sour tomato sauce as I ate it, turning it into a beautiful apricot color. This was the most exciting part of the pasta gratin. I scooped it up with a spoon and ate it down to the last drop. The herb chicken was also juicy and the refreshing aroma of herbs spread in my mouth, which was nice. Japanese-style seafood pasta: The Japanese-style dashi stock was gentle. The flavor of the seafood was mixed with the firm noodles, and the taste was simple. Since it was Valentine's Day, we received some chocolate as a service.
