2018年2月に訪問。
TV番組で「味噌豆腐ラーメン」なるものを見て、県北地区に行く用事の帰りに探して来ました。
東海村の一番海沿いの道を行くと、道沿いにあるお店です。
ちょうど二股になる辺りで交通量も多いので、反対側からの出入りの際はお気をつけ下さい。
注文は「餃子」「焼豚正油らーめん」「味噌豆腐らーめん」「にら玉らーめん」
餃子のヒダが芸術的に綺麗です。
らーめんのスープは、今流行の若者向けでは無く、激辛でも油コッテリでもありません。塩加減も茨城にしては薄目な感じでしょうか。
焼豚は脂身の無いタイプなのでちょっと固いです。薄味のせいか肉臭さがありますね。
麺は中細位?食べ易いです。
総じて、体に優しい系のらーめん。
お店の方も年配の方達が柔らかく接客して下さっています。
