カニ大好きな私の為に主人が連れて行ってくれました。
《私の下準備》
行くと決めた日の16時頃、おやつをいつもより多く食べました。
だってカニって高いじゃん・・・
腹４分くらいの空腹具合でいざ出発♪
訪れたのは忘年会シーズン真っ只中の12月下旬。
激混みでした。。。
まず駐車場は「倉庫バン」のように重なって車が置かれている。
予約しないで訪問したところ、お座敷などは全部埋まっていて、
空いていたのは入り口真横のすし屋のカウンターのみ。
出入り口からの風や隙間風が絶え間なく吹き、寒かった。
メニューは豊富ではないなぁというのが私の印象。
とても寒かったので「カニしゃぶ」を注文すると、
カウンターの上に簡易コンロを乗せて準備してくれました。
野菜とカニが４本盛り付けられた一品。
あとカニ甲羅のグラタン、カニ味噌、お寿司、〆のおじや用ご飯、そして飲み物を注文。
忙しいせいか、料理が全部出てくるまで１時間待ち・・・
寒いし、暇だし、スタッフ全然来ないし、ちょっと嫌な感じでした。
でも最後のおじやは美味しかったなぁ。
カニしゃぶで出た出汁と、いい塩梅に味付けされた一品は、寒い体に染み渡りました。
