7年ぶりの訪問。
以前は多賀(河原子) その前は日立市役所前で営業していたお店。
13時30分頃に伺い待ち無く入店。
店内は カウンター7席 小上りテーブル✕1
基本メニュー以外にも壁メニューが豊富。
麺が選べるので細麺でオーダー。
着丼
スープを一口。
塩気が程良くやや甘味がある味わい。
動物系に魚介を加えたスープは シンプルで懐かし系。
麺は自家製の細麺。
玉子麺特有の黄色い麺は ツルっとした舌触りでモッチリとした食感。
スープ同様 こちらもシンプル。
具材は チャーシュー・メンマ・ナルト・海苔・ワカメ・ネギ。
