東海駅前のイオンモール内にある豚骨堂イオン東海店へ。
茨城豚骨や茨城餃子と書いてあるので好奇心から、ねぎばっか(まる)の餃子セットを注文しました。
ドロドロの豚骨スープに多量の刻みネギ、そしてストレート細麺。
濃厚を追求した博多ラーメンといった感じです。
ただ、豚骨の臭みもなく美味しくいただけました。
外側には大きな海苔、中にチャーシューとメンマが潜んでいました。
餃子は茨城餃子と名付けていますが、味音痴の自分にとってはこだわりは良く分からず、ごく普通の餃子に感じました。
メニュー看板等には餃子はこだわりのために時間がかかると記載されていましたが、そのこだわりに気付けずにすみませんでした。
トッピングがレジ横にあるため、わざわざ席を離れて味変をするのも面倒だと思え、せめて替え玉があれば味変のきっかけになるのですが、結局、そのまま食べ終えました。
