お任せ3000円を食べました。今日はトロが大間のマグロです。 との事で、このお値段では、なかなかお目にかかれない脂も清々しいマグロ。しかしながらネタは良いのに対し、しゃりがネタに負けており、調味料も弱く、寿司としてのバランスはまだ改善点があるように感じました。メニューにはとんかつ定食などもあり、寿司だけでなくセット物の注文が多いお店なのかも知れません。ネタの仕入れに対しては、頑張って営業されているようなので、いい意味で今後の更なる発展に期待したいです。
