上菅谷駅から車で5分程度の場所にありメイン通りでないのでちょっと分かり難いです。
店長さんは元競輪選手と変わった経歴で調理から、配膳、接客から会計まで一人で行っていました。蕎麦は十割もありますが、今回は二八のざる800円です。二八のざるですが天ぷら、小鉢、寿司二貫がついてくるのでコスパは良いです。
蕎麦自体は細い二八ですが色は濃い目で長さも短いので十割のような印象で香りと喉ごしは良いです。ツユは出汁感があり蕎麦と合ってます。ただ、蕎麦湯だけは濃い目ですがちょっと塩素くさい感じでした。
小針は大根も青菜の酢味噌和えで、天ぷらはカボチャとキノコで衣は硬めです。お寿司は玉子焼きがのったものでした。
蕎麦も本格的ですし副菜も色々ついてくるので良いランチと思います。
