常陸の名門武家・佐竹氏発祥の地で味わえる田舎蕎麦、その店名は「佐竹」
テレ東のタクシー運転手の番組で紹介されていて気になっていました、茨城県に出かけた際に訪問。休日の14時頃だったと思いますが待機列が出来ていました。
湘南ナンバーの私を見て、並んでいた高齢の御夫婦に声をかけられ「佐竹」の蕎麦の講釈をいただきました笑
蕎麦の実を仕入れて店で殻ごと引いて粉にしている、野菜も自家製だそうです。
古民家の平家建て、小上がり座敷・テーブル、オープンキッチンです。カウンター席は無く、一人でも座敷に案内されました、なんだか申し訳ない感じ 笑
旬菜天盛り 大盛り 1550円 カード払い不可。
山菜・野菜から7種類、山ニンジンの天婦羅が甘くて驚きました。
蕎麦は田舎蕎麦で太短く幅も不揃い、腰が強い蕎麦。
天ぷら付き大盛りで1500円前後なので安価だと感じました。
