お店の外に待つ人数組。それでも回転が早く15分くらいで呼ばれてテーブル席へ。
南部鉄瓶で沸かしたお湯で、その都度急須から注ぐお茶におもてなしの心が嬉しい。
今日の天麩羅は、三つ葉、せり、エシャロット、アスパラガス、筍。旬の食材で地産地消。それぞれの野菜の甘みや苦味を感じられました。
蕎麦は歯応えがしっかりある田舎蕎麦で、蕎麦の味がとても良いです。
蕎麦湯が濃くて、最後まで美味しくいただきました。
連れのかき揚げもちょっと味見させてもらい、サクサクで玉ねぎが甘く、美味しかったですが、私は旬の採れたて野菜が食べられる今日の天麩羅が良いかな。
ちなみに、写真は大盛りです。
