国道349号線沿いにあるカフェスタイルのレストランゴルディニ
向かいにあるミランとはオーナーが一緒のお店だ
同じ系列だから同じメニューだと思ったら、基本同じメニュー構成だがちょっとずつ違うみたいだ
というわけで今回はポークソテー定食デミ（1,450円）
和風とデミとがあったがとりあえず迷ったらデミ
10分もせずに配膳！早いぜゴルディニ！
ランチじゃないのでサラダとドリンクはついてこないが、大きな皿に盛られた豪華仕様
器も大事だね
でも、これ洗うの面倒くさそう
それとこういう店で味噌汁付くとなんだかほっこりする（笑）
初見は肉がやや小さいかな？という印象だったが、ひと口食べてガラッとその印象は変わる
脂身がめちゃくちゃ美味い
火入れが絶妙
ミランで食べたのはカツレツだったので一概に比較できないが、ゴルディニのポークソテーは赤身のきめの細やかさもわかり、脂身のぷっくら感も楽しめる
デミはちょっと酸味の残る軽めの仕上がり
ライスに乗せても美味しいのでこれまたたっぷりかかってくるのは嬉しいポイント
もうひとつ良かったのはなんといってもポテサラ
ジャガイモのホクホク感を残したゴロゴロポテトのポテサラ
これは美味しい
ただ付け合わせのきんぴらは味がかなり濃くてびびった！
