全国旅行支援スタートの前日にもかかわらず、厳重なコロナ対策を継続されていました。
店内の壁には、しゃべるな、熱や咳が云々、そば＝アレルゲン、1人1食注文などなど
注意の張り紙がいっぱいで、小さなメニュー張り紙が目立たなくなっています。
注意書きを一つ一つ見ていると、なんだか来店してしまってごめんなさい
という気持ちになりました。
さて、お蕎麦ですが、十割と二八を選ぶことができます。
二八にすればちょっと安くなりますが、せっかく来たのだからと
私たちは十割を選択しました。
味なのですが、つゆ・せいろ汁がお醤油の味でした。
お醤油を薄めたようで、だしの風味がないのが残念でした。
天ぷらの塩は、家庭でお馴染みの赤いキャップの食卓塩（メキシコ産天日塩）で
おいしいです。わさびも、練りわさびです。
鴨茄子十割せいろ1,700円、天ぷら十割1,800円で、合計3,500円！
物価高で大変とはいえ、量も少なく、常陸太田地区では高めです。
