茨城県常陸太田市の台湾料理屋さんです。
中国語？台湾語？が飛び交う店内、店員さんは皆さん本場の人らしく会話はすべて日本語ではなく。でも注文とかはわりと普通に日本語で大丈夫ですね。
セットメニュー¥750から、私は『台湾味噌ラーメン＋麻婆天津飯』を、同行者が『台湾ラーメン＋高菜チャーハン』を注文。
台湾味噌ラーメン、赤みそ強めの中華風な味噌スープ、麺はかなり加水高め塩分強めでツルッとした食感で喉ごしがいいですね。
天津飯は卵２個は確実な厚みと大きさ。ピリ辛の麻婆餡っていうのもなかなかいいもんですね～。ありだと思います。
なんせボリュームたっぷりだったので全部食べきれず。そして八角？五香粉？の独特な薬っぽい漢方薬っぽい香辛料の匂いがちょっと苦手だったのもさらに追い討ち。
この台湾料理独特の香辛料が気にならない人には美味しくボリューミーでコスパよしのお店だと思います。
