上菅谷駅から車で５分程度の近くにある蕎麦屋さんで店内は天井が高く梁が見える良い雰囲気で提供されるお蕎麦も値段は高めですが本格的なお蕎麦を頂けます。
食べたのは自分がもり800円＋大盛200円で連れが鴨南蛮1400円です。
蕎麦自体は石臼がありましたので自家製粉蕎麦と思われ香りも良くコシもあり美味しいですし、ツユも出汁感が豊かで良かったです。量に関して最初は大盛にしては少ないかなと思いましたが結構ありました。薬味はねぎと辛み大根でねぎも綺麗に切ってあり一切手抜きは無い感じでしたし、蕎麦湯も濃いめで美味しいです。
鴨南蛮もツユを味見させてもらいましたが鴨の出汁が素晴らしくその旨味の生かす絶妙な塩味でした。
