津田にある洋菓子屋さんで通常はケーキと焼き菓子を売ってますが、行った日がパンの日だったのでクロワッサンサンドやベーグルサンド等と焼き菓子の販売でした。
買ったのはアップルパイ280円、キッシュ280円です。
アップルパイの生地はサクサクでバターの風味も良いですし、中のリンゴは形が無いほど煮込まれたもので甘さも適度であり美味しいです。
キッシュは生地はしっかりした感じで具はアスパラなど野菜がたっぷり入っており、お菓子というよりお酒のつまみの感じです。
