常陸太田市に以前あった「あひるの工房Cafe」がリニューアルしてフルーツサンドの店になってました。
フルーツサンドは一般的な食パンではなくスポンジケーキに挟むもので作り置きはなくその場で調理してくれます。
買ったのは青森県産メロンを使用した「デリシャスメロン」のフルーツサンドで540円です。
調理を見ていたら立派なメロンから切り出しており原価はかなりかかっていそうです。
