早目のお昼と滝見を兼ねて
開店前に伺いました。
それでも、10人ほどの列に並んで待ちました。
10:30の開店に合わせて順番に店内に入り
席を確保します。
店員の方が注文をとりに来てくれました。
10割せいろ (￥1000 )と美味しそうだったので、滝見団子(￥550)を頼むと、
店の外にある売店で買って下さいとの事。
一旦店の外に出て、売店で注文をすると、
コンロで焼き始め醤油を何度も塗って
時間は掛かりましたが、焼き上がった団子を
店内で頂きました。
醤油がこんがり香ばしい。
外の景色を見ながら待ってると、
やっと蕎麦が来ました。
頂くと、歯応えがあって、濃い目の辛汁と
バランスが取れてる気がします。
摺りおろしたワサビは、
ちょっとずつ付けて食べると後から来る
辛味が美味しいです。
量が少ないのは仕方がない気もしますが
あっという間に食べてしまいました。
滝が目の前にある茶屋で蕎麦を啜るのも
風情があってイイものです。
