茨城に出張できた。どこに来ても腹は減るのだ。案内してくれた茨城のお取引先が連れてきてくれたのが「いとう」だ。非舗装の駐車場に車を停めて入店。通路の奥へ案内されるが、ここは基本的に個室のようで通路沿いに部屋などがある。板張りの掘りごたつ式の部屋に通されて注文を決める。さんざん悩んだ挙句。夜に飲み歩くことを考えて、控えめに日替わり定食ごはん少な目。
しばらく歓談していると全員分到着。小生のおかずは、カニクリームコロッケとにんにくの芽と豚肉を炒めたもの。コロッケはトロトロとしてカニの風味もよくうまい。にんにくの芽も固くなく、味付けも塩辛くなくいい塩梅。だがしかし、店員が勧めてくれた黒ぶたのロースかつ定食は、ボリュームもよく味もいいと言っている。失敗しかもしれない。焼き魚定食は、ホッケなど3種類もついている。
価格とボリュームがいいバランスで、味も良。次回もここで姉がいしたい。
