「脱サラ蕎麦屋 猫のしっぽ」という店名が気になり
初訪問してみました。
関城の集落の中にあります。
庭も綺麗で、建物もお洒落、外観はカフェのようです。
開店時間より前に到着。
時間より前に入店させてもらいました。
店内はカフェと言うより喫茶店って感じ。
ウッディーな感じで、ワイン関係、車関係、ハーレー
の小物が飾られていました。
メニューはもり蕎麦700円のみ。
大盛もなくなってました。
蕎麦は風味も強く美味しかったです。
蕎麦汁もベタッとせず食べ終わったあともやな感じ
も残らなかった。
蕎麦は関城のものなど近くの３地区の物をブレンド
しているそうです。
蕎麦も団体がくるなどよっぽどのことがなければ
売り切れることもないそうです。
サービスで出していただいたコーヒーも美味しかった。
きっとあまりこだわってないようなことを話してたけど、
随所にこだわりを感じました。
ご主人の人柄もよく、また蕎麦を食べに来よう。
