It seems like a garden where you can enjoy the view of the four seasons, and it's wonderful to be able to dine while looking at it. Today I had a large serving of tempura soba here. The 28% buckwheat flour soba noodles are "Hitachi Aki Soba" from Ibaraki, cut slightly flat, and have a very pleasant aroma and texture. The slightly light soba broth is rich in dashi flavor from bonito and other ingredients, bringing out the flavor of the soba. The freshly fried Tempura was also crispy and delicious. The shrimp tempura in particular was plump and meaty. The soba soup was thick and creamy, but it would be even better if it was served piping hot at the end. I was able to enjoy another delicious lunch today. Thank you for the meal~
