It's been a while since I last visited. When I came here 30 years ago, it was famous as a restaurant that everyone in Kanazawa knew because it appeared in TV commercials, so it was hard to get in. 30 years ago, a customer invited all the people involved in the completion of a new house and we were treated to a feast. Now I live far away and can't stop by often. The Shinkansen came and the city changed, and before we knew it, only Sushi with unimaginable prices became famous, and many young people don't know the name Hosho Sushi. Today, my family and I had selection course and food. The food was vinegared cod Vinegared dish, milt Tempura, and fried Oyster. I wanted to eat it hot so I didn't have time to take pictures. When my companion said that he might not be able to eat 12 pieces of selection, the staff said they could make a smaller number, so they made us 9 pieces. Everything was delicious. Finally, we ate the All-Star Roll and were full. I wonder if they didn't call it Hosho Roll in the old days? This kind of restaurant is important and a good one to use on special days when there is a celebration for the family. The expensive shops in the city that charge 30,000 or 40,000 yen are mistaken. There are shops where the price changes significantly before and after the Shinkansen arrives, but only tourists should go there. This is Kanazawa, not Tokyo.
