I found this Sushi through this post. I called to make a reservation and secured a counter seat. I arrived at 10:33AM, it was too early so I had to walk around the area, and I was the first to enter at 11:00AM when the noren went up. It's a magnificent building that looks like a sake brewery or inn, and there are only 15-20 counter seats, and there are four display cases for ingredients. It was amazing. selection: 12 pieces of omakase nigiri, soup, and soy sauce ice cream. ¥3,850 (tax included). My wife had the lunch set of 9 upper nigiri nigiri, a la carte, soup, and roasted green tea ice cream. ¥2,640 (tax included). I had selection, which was served in two sittings of 6 pieces each on Sushi geta. The first sitting was of thin fish, squid, yellowtail, flounder, seared black porgy, and medium fatty tuna. You can tell the ingredients are all fresh. Next was tilefish, Spanish mackerel, kue, puffer fish, gas shrimp, and clams. Each nigiri was delicious, with flavors that made the most of their unique characteristics. They were called gas shrimp, but they were small and I put them in my mouth like a sweet shrimp, and the more I chewed the more I realized it was gas shrimp. The small size was worth it. The soy sauce ice cream was amazing ♪♪♪ My wife said that one dish was sea cucumber with shellfish skin and liver dressing. The nigiri sushi rice was small and easy to eat, and the toppings were chewy and all delicious. She said that the roasted green tea ice cream had a good aroma and taste, and she especially liked the mild sweetness ♬ The salmon roe was like cherry salmon. Tomo... A customer who seemed to be a regular ordered the breakfast set. Maybe it was a secret menu, but there was no sign? I've found a restaurant I'd like to visit again ~ Thank you for the meal ~ Please don't treat me like a one-timer lol
