Remarks |
・This is the area known as "Kakigihata." (The shop is next to "Motoutsunomiya (bookstore).") |
The location of the restaurant is a little suspicious. We enter through a narrow passage. It is a small restaurant with only six seats at the counter, and the chef is running it alone. We booked a course for two people, and added hairy crab for an additional 3,200 yen x 2. First, I had beer, and my partner had tea. First, we had sesame tofu, followed by chicken meatball oden. The meatballs were roughly made and the broth was light. The hairy crab was delicious, but it was interesting to leave a little and add broth to it. We changed from beer to sake and had heshiko. The konnyaku oden had a bumpy surface and the flavor was well absorbed. There were three kinds of bottarga. We compared the ones from this year, two years ago, and four years ago. The one from one year ago was delicious. The oysters, kurumafu, and eggplant with white miso was the best. Oden with tofu and tofu was △. Herring was good. We had a second helping of crab rice. Finally, we had dessert and paid 31,700 yen for two people. It was a great place to come to Kanazawa.
