冬の金沢といえば、蟹とおでんは欠かせません。
昔、うつのみや書店があった場所の近くです。
カウンターのみでご主人お一人で切り盛りされてました。とにかくお出汁がやさしーい。胡麻豆腐からはじまり、自家製鶏団子、香箱蟹(この時期最後の香箱だそうです)、ふくらぎの漬け、蟹の甲羅にお出汁いれたやつ、手作りこんにゃく、年代色々からすみ&野菜味噌、牡蠣の酒粕のやつ、ニシンの炊いたん、お漬物、蟹の炊き込みご飯。最後はお抹茶とココアで炊いたあんころです。もうこれ最高じゃないですか。日本酒が進みました〜♪
