An oden restaurant in Katamachi, Kanazawa. The chef is running it by himself. There are only 6 seats at the counter, and the restaurant is small in size. There is no background music, and it has a quiet, cozy atmosphere. I called to make a reservation on the day, but I was able to visit because there was a cancellation and a seat was available. It seems that cancellations are continuing due to the earthquake. Sad... One course selection 's choice. The dishes come out at a good pace. Many of the dishes are homemade, and the homemade konjac was particularly impressive. It's the first time I've ever eaten such a texture! I guess the chef likes alcohol, because the dishes were perfect for drinkers. When I was washing the dishes several times during the meal, the smell of detergent was quite strong and unpleasant. I was eating a dish with dashi stock... Also, it's expensive. The course is 10,000 yen, but I think it's too expensive for the content... The taste was good, but I don't think I'll be returning.
