内容
・自家製胡麻豆腐
・鶏の団子
・ふくらぎの漬け

・加賀蓮根きんぴらご飯
・お茶菓子とお抹茶
自家製胡麻豆腐からスタート。
もちっとクリーミー豆腐。
パンナコッタみたいな感覚。
続けて優しい鶏の団子。
なんこつなのかこりっと。
ふくらぎの漬け。
小さめのブリをふくらぎと呼ぶそうで、
目の前で白菜、ブロッコリースプラウト、大葉、茗荷とさっぱりと薬味たっぷり和えて提供されます。
車麩。
しっかり味付けでお出汁まで飲み干す美味しさ。
優しい。
珍味盛り合わせは
カラスミの2.3.4年熟成食べ比べ
鯨腹塩湯がき
干しエビと万願寺唐辛子などを使った野菜味噌
完全にお酒の肴。
カラスミをこうして食べ比べる機会もなかなかないもんです。
自家製こんにゃくは
普段食べてるようなこんにゃくとは異なり、
魚のすり身感や肝感のある感じで。
個人的には新しい感覚。美味しい。
がんもどきは
ほろっとやわらか！
〆にはご飯が2種類！
大根ご飯がまずめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。
柔らかくなった大根に優しく油揚げなどの感じも。
おかわりには加賀蓮根きんぴらご飯。
最後にはお茶とお茶菓子は召し上がるかと尋ねられ、もちろんいただく。
お茶菓子はココアであずきを炊いてるそうで、
こう見えてカカオ感があります。
カウンター6席の空間。
ワンオペで静かに流れる時間でした。
蟹目当ての方が多いようですが、
お話を伺うと冬でもタイミングで当日ご用意出来る時だけ
あるみたいなので、出会えたらラッキーという感覚くらいが良さそうでした。
