The best. I was hooked from the first dish, sesame tofu. All the dishes are handmade by the chef alone. Everything is well balanced and delicious, including the flow of the meal, and it's not tiring to eat. Personally, I don't often find a flow where delicious food goes well with sake, but it makes you want to drink more. Of course, sake goes well with things like dried mullet roe, but it goes well with other dishes. Rather than being heavy with high-quality ingredients, each dish has a strong dashi flavor. Everything looks gentle, but it's well-structured and combines gentleness and deliciousness, which is a joy. The dishes are attractive. The konnyaku is also handmade. The texture, aroma, and flavor are all different. The dashi and konnyaku have a potato flavor. The dish that comes after the dried mullet roe exceeds your imagination. The flying dragon head that follows is gently soothing, and the bamboo shoots are followed by bamboo shoot rice. You really don't get tired of eating until the end, and it fills your stomach just right and makes you feel healthy. The food. It reminded me of the story of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall in Oishinbo. The food makes you want to periodically prepare your stomach and mind. It was irresistible.
