過去最高レベルの満足度です
再び金沢に戻ってきました。今夜は、東山の料亭旅館、山乃尾。
ウェルカムスイーツは、吉はしの和菓子。いきなり最高レベルの美味しさ。
部屋は離れで、食事は本棟の個室でいただきました。
メニューを見たら、鰻と川魚ばかりのメニューにびっくり。これでメニューをどうやって組み立てていくのだろうと。
どれも、最高レベルの美味しさ。
とはいえ一週間経つと、書くことが何も思い出せないのですが。
鰻飯、鰻専門的でも、なかなか食べられないレベルです。
宿泊プランは、朝夕食の値段を考えると、かなりコスパが良いと思います。

山乃尾の朝食。
やはり一週間経つと、書くことが何も思い出せないです。昔のようにその日に書くのがめんどくさくなり、結局、美味しい、不味いしか書けなくなってしまいました。
ということで結論だけいいますと、すべてがかなりの感動レベルの美味しさでした。
治部煮が特に美味しかったです。前日に初めて食べたのと全然違って、これが治部煮なのか！これならまた何度も食べたい！と感動しました。
味噌汁の代わりに湯豆腐が加賀風だそう。上に乗ってる海苔の風味がとても美味しい。
そして朝食のデザートがまた吉はしのお菓子。これは嬉しい！
