金沢のうどん文化に抗い続けるそば店巡り。
泉鏡花記念館横のこちらにようやく訪問。
天ぷら系は待つとの情報だったので、冷やしたぬきそば1050円をオーダー。
出てくるまで10分程度でしょうか。
楕円形のお皿の真ん中に温玉、周りになめくやワカメ、天かすがトッピング。
たぬきなので天かすはもうちょっと欲しいところ。
蕎麦は細目ですがコシが強いですね。
これなら温かい蕎麦でもヘタらないかな。
つゆはカツオ系の風味はあまりなく昆布メイン？
特筆すべきは大好きな蕎麦湯！
おそらく濃厚さは金沢一でしょう。
量もたっぷりありましたが完飲。
蕎麦湯目当てで行きたくなります。
カレー蕎麦がないのが残念。
天ぷらを頼んだ方は確かに時間がかかっていそうでした。
