エイジングウイスキーと世紀の二枚舌のマスター
創業50年以上のマスターと趣のある素敵なBAR。執筆もされるマスターは御歳77才。話しも上手で話題が尽きない。本の出版だけでなくインスタ、アマブロをやりこなす。徹底的に自ら楽しみお客を楽しませる。とても雰囲気の良い空間なのに笑いも絶えずちょっとびっくりしたけど、そこがマスターの人柄とこの店のいいところなのかもしれない。ピザ、フリットなどのつまみだけでなく、本格ステーキも焼いてくれる。客のお酒の飲み方を見て、好みを当てて出してくれる。ギネスからジントニック、その後は店内にある樽のウイスキーをストレートでどんどん出してくれる。3時間以上の滞在もあっという間でした。一軒目としてきたのでガッツリ食べたこともあり、それなりに値が張りましたが大満足です。
