ホテル日航金沢の29階にあります。景色がとても綺麗でした！！駐車場は2時間無料になります。サービスもとても丁寧です。
最初に使う食材の説明があり、目の前の鉄板で調理されます。初めは秋刀魚を使った前菜。秋刀魚は脂がのっていてとても美味しく、またソースも最高でした。
次に、茶碗蒸しのようなものと、キノコ焼きです。とても風変わりな味がして、今まで味わった事のない味でした。
ジャガイモを使った料理も程よくチーズの味がして美味しかったです。
その後、メインの肉料理です！レアにしたのですが、個人的に最高の焼き具合で、肉自体も程よく脂が入っており、美味しいです。更に、5種類ものソースがあり、色々な味を楽しめたので飽きることは全く無かったです！
炊き込みご飯も鮭といくらが入っており、あっさりとした味で食べやすかったです！
基本的にコースが料理と料理の間隔が長く、お腹が膨れてしまう事が多いのですが、鉄板焼きは目の前で出来たてがすぐに提供されるので、個人的にそこも好みでした！御馳走様でした。
