ランチタイムに行きました^ ^
駅前のホテルの高層階にお店があります。
店内の窓ガラスが大きく、金沢市内を見渡すことができ、兼六園も見えます！なんて素敵なんでしょう…⭐︎
料理は目の前の鉄板で調理してくれます。
そのためどの料理も熱々で美味しいです。
そして見た目も美しい…！！
特に、秋刀魚を使った料理は、ほんのりパリッとした焼き加減で脂も多く、不漁と言われている今年でもなぜこんなに美味しいの！？と感激してしまいました。
そのほかにも、あ〜秋っていいなぁとしみじみ思ってしまうほど、旬の食材を堪能しました。
メインのお肉では、黒毛和牛のヒレ肉70gをチョイス♪
もちろん目の前の鉄板で焼いてくれます。
焼き加減はミディアムでお願いしました。
硬くなりすぎず、赤みが多すぎず、まさにミディアムという感じでした。
お肉は柔らかく、噛みにくい〜ていうことは一切なく。嬉しい！
そしてソースは5種あります。こういう場合、なんだかんだで結局岩塩が一番好きだなーと思うところですが、今回はちがいました。今回は、お醤油・梅がツートップ^ ^
最後まで味変を楽しむことができました！
また、ご飯は白米かまぜご飯か選ぶことができます。
私はまぜご飯をお願いしました。
ところがなんと！そのまぜご飯にはいくらが入ってるではないですか…！なんて高級な…！とまたまた感激！
最初から最後まで感激しまくりのランチタイムでした。
