とある日…娘からのお誘い。
家から近いからと、ラフな格好で来ちゃダメ
と言う指令を受け(笑)伺いました。
個室の扉を開けるとみんな勢揃い。

まずはシャンパンで乾杯w
エディブルフラワーも美しいサラダ
フカヒレ入り水餃子
北京ダック
鶏肉の香味炒め。
ナッツとニンニクのサクサク感が
たまりません。
牛肉とアスパラのオイスター炒め
海老チリと海老マヨのコンボ。
レタス炒飯
杏仁と桃の饅頭
最後にお誕生日ケーキもいただきました。
全体的に中国調味料の「尖り」は全くなく、
優しい味に仕上がってます。
パンチの効いた中華が好きな人には
頼りないかもですが
私が伺った時も90代とおぼしきお婆さまが
美味しそうに食事をしてらっしゃいました。
さすが呉さん(笑)
腕は確かです
訪問時はまだ明るかったけど
途中からは夜景が見られてよかった^_^
めったに夜景の見える個室でコース料理とか
ありつけないので
1つ年をとった寂しさも忘れました
