Hotel Nikko Kanazawa Japanese Cuisine Benkei I had eaten a lot of sashimi on this trip, so I had a fish dish that wasn't sashimi...I felt like Tempura. If you are traveling alone and are worried that the Tempura kaiseki menu is too heavy, the staff will ask you if you would like to have Tempura alone and a rice set. I received a suggestion. Since I was in Kanazawa, I ordered salt-grilled Nodoguro. This time, the tiger prawns were out of stock, so I ordered angel prawns. Tempura eaten with Shushu salt is exquisite! And salt-grilled Nodoguro... Although it's a Nodoguro that has many bones, this is the first time I've had a fillet without bones... As expected of Benkei. It was very delicious.
